We offer a 14-day return policy on all TW Steel timepieces, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your bold statement piece.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch back in its original TW Steel presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery markings are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
